River Styx was opened about a year and a half ago by Dennis Spina, Syd Silver, and Homer Murray. It sits on the bank of the East River in Greenpoint and serves exquisite food and flaming drinks to discriminating diners. We visited the establishment, ordered a steak for one, and got a peek behind the scenes of how it was prepared.
