Teen Body is a melancholic quartet hailing from Brooklyn, indulging young vulnerabilities, yearnings and fantasies in tender song. Gossamer vocal melodies, steady, heart-rending rhythms and fluttering guitars come together, welcoming you to dance around and cry at the same time. Inspired by crystal magick, natural wonders and fast car rides through mountain roads, the music is a shimmering blend of shoegaze atmosphere and post punk grit.
After nearly two years of writing and gigging through the seasons of NYC, Teen Body is gearing up to release their debut LP, Get Home Safe: a 12 song odyssey recorded in Bushwick with Bryan Keller at Zen as Fuck Studios.

Teen Body is 3 core members: Shannon Lee on vox/guitar, Alexander French on vox/bass (ex-White Laces, Happenin Records), and Marcus McDonald on drums (ex-Hoop Dreams, Captured Tracks).
