The first/other Mission Chinese is located in San Francisco, so geographically speaking they’ve staked out a pretty high bar in terms of local standards for Chinese cuisine. But they deliver big time, and they deliver in style. But you probably know all this already.

After Mission Chinese moved to East Broadway from their more modest Orchard Street location, they kicked it up a notch in terms of the aforementioned style, bringing in Chen Chen and Kai Williams (among others) to add to the design of the space.

Chen Chen agreed to take us on a little private tour of the space to check out his and Kai’s amazing dragon table, the funky bar they made and get a feel for the space. There’s also a horse in the video.
